PROJECT MANAGER
WHAT YOU OFFER
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years experience in a technical project
management position (or equivalent). Experience in the Financial,
Software, and/or Internet Sectors is a plus. Strong analytical, tactical
and multi-tasking skills are a must. Understanding of relational
database concepts and web programming languages required. Eagerness to
be challenged, excellent communication and organization skills, MS
Office Expertise and strong administrative skills are required. Must be

Maintaining and effectively communicating overall project status to
internal and external stakeholders. Task prioritization and day-to-day

Position Summary:
Work with the Technical Writer to produce accurate, comprehensive, and
clear end-user documentation for newly developed software products.
Essential Job Duties:
* Work with internal developers and product managers to
develop User Guide documentation for commercial software products.
* Create Produce Release Notes documenting new functionality,
bug fixes, and known issues in each released version of the code.
* Update and create Installation Guides for the new and
existing products.
* Support the team for the successful launch of each product
release

Maintain and support the existing build and promotion process. Create
installation packages (MSIs and EXEs) for new and existing products.
Coordinate with QA resources to have them regression test the
application, and ensure that the documented changes function as
expected. Track dependencies between the various components of a release
to ensure that all components are mutually compatible, and that the
release process accounts for any dependencies. Work with client IT
departments to assist in the deployment of the release. In some cases,
this person will actually perform the installation themselves on client
systems.
A bachelor's degree in a computer or technology-related field, or 3+

management, configuration management, software deployment, and/or
release management systems)
