Description: The primary function of this position is to provide support
to the IT-Telecom Dept. in Summit Co.. This individual will work closely
with the Network Techs, and IT Manager on Outside Plant and the Avaya
PBX servicing the diverse VRI business units and construction projects
located in Keystone and Breckenridge. Will be required to track requests
for telephony equipment, cabling and infrastructure needs, relocations
and any other mac requests. Provides Project Management/ tracking to
insure the project and day-to-day work schedules are being met. Strong
team working effort in project management and implementation is
required to ensure proper communication and coordination with all IT and
key departments. Maintains multiple vendor relationships, procures
pricing and technical specifications for equipment and projects on a
continuing basis. Performs at or above Information Technologies
performance standards. Fulfills departmental requirements in providing
work coverage and administrative notification during periods of
personnel illness, PTO, MTO, or education. Successful candidate will
participate in developing a GIS database documenting Infrastructure and
circuit assignments. This position is based in Summit County, CO..



REQUIREMENTS: Good interpersonal skills as well as excellent oral and
written skills, excellent team working, communication and customer
service skills are essential. Collaboration and team working with
senior level staff is essential. Ability to work independently and
supervised. Ability to perform all aspects of support and maintenance
for the enterprise network is required. Use of personal vehicle may be
required.

After hours support and maintenance, on-call duties and on-mountain work
assignments are required. Project Management experience with ability to
manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Familiarity with
Keystone and Breckenridge Mtn. and base areas. Must be able to perform
physical outdoor labor in all seasons. Able to lift 50 lb.. Working
knowledge of telephony color codes and electronic test equipment.
Demonstrated ability to learn new software, hardware, and take
direction. Proven track record using analytical and problem solving
skills. Experience with PBX and VOIP a plus.
