Job Description:Job Summary:
Provide ongoing support for strategic Pulte Mortgage Field organization
initiatives in the areas of training, marketing, process design,
communication, and performance metrics management. Interact with
multiple levels within Pulte Homes (Field and Corporate) and Pulte
Mortgage (Field and Corporate).
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Design and implement new national Field processes, tools and
communications to support the Field organization
* Assist with analysis and measurement of key performance indicators
(KPI's)
* Coordinate and facilitate development and delivery of national
consumer marketing materials
* Design and develop training curriculums and materials, interacting
with subject matter experts as needed
* Measure and evaluate adoption and effectiveness of newly implemented
programs
* Perform other job-related functions as assigned
* Minimal travel may be required
Background and Experience Required
* 5+ years experience as a consultant or business analyst
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Ability to create and deliver quality presentations
* Ability to coordinate completion of deliverables among multiple,
dispersed subject matter experts
* Ability to plan and facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work across departmental boundaries
* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
* Experience delivering measurable results in accordance with a budget
and schedule
* Experience managing and facilitating organizational change among
multiple stakeholder groups
* Experience developing and/or implementing training programs preferred.

* Experience developing and/or implementing organizational communication

Job Description: Candidate will be responsible for the following:
1) Identify, manage and fix all reactive & proactive problems related to
the technical data center environment including handling all problem
management, service/enhancement requests and projects associated with
the data center to meet or exceed the service level objectives (SLOs).
2) Specialize or be a subject matter expert (SME) in an area of
technology associated with our data center environment, virtualization
technology, any Microsoft technology, Cisco network/telephony
technology, HP hardware, SAN/fiber channel hardware/software or mortgage
processing business application.
3) Assist the infrastructure engineering team with technical projects.
4) Implementing the operations methodology framework for continuous
improvement.
Required Skills/Specific Job Duties
This person will be a member of the 3rd level infrastructure support
team with a technical background able to function with little to no
supervision or direction. He/she will have the following
responsibilities
1) Responsible for day to day operational activities for backup/recovery
of data (20%)
2) Responsible for 3rd level support functions related to Denver &
Charlotte data center (50%)
3) Responsible for installation/maintenance of infrastructure
hardware/software (10%)
4) Help create process and procedures to ensure data and infrastructure
integrity (20%)
Also, this individual will have the following technical skill sets:
1) Detailed knowledge of Veritas NetBackup for Windows 5.x and 6.x,
with at least 5 years hands-on experience in NetBackup administration.
2) Windows server 2xxx including clustered experience
3) Windows Active Directory (AD) experience
4) Vmware ESX server experience
5) Experience working in mid to large-scale data center
infrastructures, with HP hardware
6) Basic SQL experience (Install and management)
7) Microsoft scripting experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
A BS in Computer Science or equivalent is desired.
As well, candidate should have an MCSE or other technical certifications
that demonstrate excellent technical skills.
