SECTION I General Duties
Manage the Kofax environments for the Imaging system.
Analyze business requirements and functional specifications for the
purpose of designing, writing and maintaining technical
specifications.
Designs and codes screen layouts, graphical user interfaces, and
interfaces with other systems.
Converts designs and specifications into Java, XML, .NET, PL/SQL,
or Scripting language.
Will be modifying commercial off the shelf products (COTS) by using
scripting languages, or extending product code.
Will be developing interfaces for legacy systems and new software
products.
Will be performing data conversion and transformation of data in
legacy systems, and other databases.
Will be creating unit test scripts, performing Unit Testing and
debugging all developed software.
Will be responsible for maintaining existing program maintenance.
Will be creating installation programs as necessary.
Will be monitoring performance of programs after implementation.
Must be self-motivated and works well in a team environment.
Must have good written and oral communications skills

Kofax management including Ascent, Indicius, .SQL, Oracle, DB2, and
XML. Modification and documentation of the components of Kofax to

30% Development Code programs according to business requirements
and/or functional specifications. Document programs to track when,
what, and who changed the program. Create and maintain technical
documentation of programs.

10% Analysis Work with System Analysts to provide technical input on
the feasibility and level of effort (LOE) for proposed system changes.

15% Unit Testing Create test cases and scenarios to validate that
program functions in accordance with business requirements and/or
functional specifications. Document test results for the project
folder.

10% Application and System Support Provide support to other
programming staff and application support personnel. Help troubleshoot
issues and complaints and follow a logical path to resolve the issues.

5% Record Keeping Keep track of hours worked on programs for the
purpose of tracking project costs. Update Team Track or like
applications with up-to-date status as applicable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead the development effort for the corporate website and its

REQUIREMENTS

* Experience managing web application development teams with
companies in excess of $50 million in revenue. Experience with
applications for both Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business
users is preferable.

* 8+ years experience leading eCommerce technical design and
development of architecture, presentation layer and backend database
applications focused on subscription services, shopping cart, payment
processing, pro-rated billing functions, account management, web
analytics, and online marketing testing tools. Extensive knowledge of
eCommerce development methods is required.

* Strong team leader, able to lead technically by example as
well as hands on.

* Demonstrated ability to optimize productivity of team through
mentorship, coaching,

* Exceptional communicator with ability to communicate to all
audiences - development team, business teams, other technical teams and
senior management.

* Ability to attract, recruit and manage highly qualified
engineering personnel.

* 5+ years experience configuring and developing under Apache
Web Servers, PHP (versions 4 and 5), and Relational Databases including
Schema Design, Stored Procedures. Microsoft SQL Server 2005, MySQL a
strong plus.

* Thorough understanding of Web Services including WSDL, SOAP,
and XML.

* Experience using Java and Java Application Servers and

SUMMARY: Provide analysis, design and technical administration support for Oracle Applications and data base environment that is used to support the Laboratory’s business processes. DUTIES:
· Provide Oracle Applications systems administration functions and be primarily responsible for moving approved changes of Oracle procedures, forms and reports into the production environment.
