Description:
The Team Lead position will be responsible for providing end-to-end
business and Application support to both internal and external
TriZetto customers for the subscribed products and services on the
Implementations and Upgrades Team. The lead should demonstrate an
understanding of the healthcare industry, IT services and the client
business needs to formulate and define system requirements as well
as troubleshoot issues and providing issue escalation and
resolution. Guides and directs the Application Analysts as well as
works with the PM's to manage client expectations regarding the
scope and timeframes of ongoing implementation and upgrade projects.
Responsibilities include leading and participating in problem
solution, defining business requirements and consulting with the
client while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Skills:
o Leadership skills and experience leading technical teams.
o Strong technical aptitude, data analysis skills and system
knowledge.
o General healthcare industry knowledge
o Demonstrate excellent judgment to assess priorities; able to
manage time and resources.
o Lead team effort to solve problems using established procedures
and guidelines with limited supervision.
o Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
o Excellent customer service skills.
o Desired: Knowledge of TriZetto software (Facets, QNXT, CAE,
HealthWeb, HIPAA Gateway)
o Desired: Knowledge of one or more of the following applications:
MQSi, Vitria, Filenet, Visual Cactus, Siebel, Xenos, Fuego.
