Management will be responsible for managing the Service Realization
efforts relevant to their product lines and those of his/her direct
reports. This position reports to the Director of Product
Management, Hosting Services.

Specific responsibilities include:
• Responsible for product lines of several Hosting service offerings
including revenue/profit accountability and product roadmaps.
• Management position with 1-3 Product Manager direct reports.
Responsible for employee development, the success of employee
service offerings and coaching employees through their Service
Realization efforts.
• Responsible for the overall release strategy and enhancement
packaging of Hosting service offerings. This position will hold
primary responsibility for working with the Hosting product
development teams to determine which capabilities to package in
future hosting service releases and offerings.
• Relevent to the service offerings for which he/she is responsible,
the Manager of Hosting Product Management will oversee the execution
of the Service Realization process to ensure that all
investments/projects are effectively evaluated and passing
established gate criteria through the development lifecycle. This
requires end-to-end product management including idea capture,
portfolio planning, concept feasibility, service definition, service
testing, and service launch phases.
• Assist with the development of the Service Realization process,
policy, tools and standards to increase the quality of Service
Realization outcomes and promote organizational adoption of the
Service Realization process. Provide advice or recommendations to
improve Service Realization methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Continuously monitor, track, update and report various Service
Realization metrics to help Hosting Services management measure
progress toward established goals and objectives. Provide data
analysis and reporting to ensure Service Realization constituents
are adequately informed with accurate information to make timely
project decisions. Support adoption and compliance with the Service
Realization process.
• Occasionally provide Sales direct support for sales transactions
involving Hosting services, especially regarding the product lines
for which the position is directly responsible.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with strong preference
for Service Provider industries
- 3+ years of application hosting experience (ASP, SaaS, or other
general IT Service Provider experience)
- Prefer previous experience with project financial modeling
including concepts like IRR, NPV, budgeting, critical path
constraints, and portfolio planning
- Requires previous experience in Product Development roles or in
roles that coordinate heavily with Product Development. Strong
preference is the candidate has past experience performing Service
Realization.
- Prefer experience in healthcare industry, particularly the payer
market
- Prefer project management experience with enterprise software or
other large technology projects (software, hardware, or IT
infrastructure)
- Strong process mapping experience
- Ability to see the big picture, as well as, work at a detailed
level
- Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to be flexible
- Comfortable presenting to audiences at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred

Description:
The Team Lead position will be responsible for providing end-to-end
business and Application support to both internal and external
TriZetto customers for the subscribed products and services on the
Implementations and Upgrades Team. The lead should demonstrate an
understanding of the healthcare industry, IT services and the client
business needs to formulate and define system requirements as well
as troubleshoot issues and providing issue escalation and
resolution. Guides and directs the Application Analysts as well as
works with the PM's to manage client expectations regarding the
scope and timeframes of ongoing implementation and upgrade projects.
Responsibilities include leading and participating in problem
solution, defining business requirements and consulting with the
client while ensuring high client satisfaction.
