Common meanings of the words "Junior Production Support SQL Server Developer".
junior - little experience, cheap
production - support directly or indirectly the front line customer access
support - make it work
developer - not production. developer and production should be mutually exclusive, though sweatshops often have everyone hacking everything all the time.
Put those words together and it means develop on production to make it work in a massive firestorm.
