Customer Support staff needed for software company.

Provide support and diagnostics over the phone for critical
operational and application issues. Escalate unresolved issues
appropriately.

Coordinates problem resolution when other groups are
involved and manage the customer expectations.

Monitor incoming tickets and either respond directly or
identify and assign other staff resources for problem resolution.

Participate in pager rotation nights and week-ends

Other Requirements / Qualifications:

Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
and superior customer service skills.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to communicate in support of varied needs (i.e.
technical staff and end users).

Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
