• Possess general understanding of the Healthcare market and
TriZetto products with specific knowledge of products used by client.
• Use knowledge and experience in hosting infrastructure and client
infrastructure to support the day-to-day operations for a single
small to medium sized hosted customer and/or provide secondary
backup for a large hosted customer.
• Understand and/or document client's business requirements and
escalate issues appropriately.
• Based on understanding of organizational culture and policies,
select and determine appropriate level of resource utilization.
• Use interviewing, listening and observation skills to gather
information and understand business need communicated by client(s).
• Learn skills to facilitate client technical meetings.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and accurately communicate
events at the client level with internal staff.
• Team with more senior Customer Delivery staff to build skills and
prioritize tasks from clients.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in the health insurance industry
• Experience with a large IT service provider
• Project management skills
• Bachelor's degree

We are looking for a senior level NetBackup Systems Engineer to lead
our data storage backup and recovery systems design, growth and
daily operations.
This individual will lead Backup and Restore operations in an
enterprise level production environment, utilizing Symantec
NetBackup in a dedicated UNIX environment, hosting UNIX and Windows
clients. This position will also be responsible for 24X7 support,
with a scheduled maintenance weekend every month. This is a critical
position within the Storage Department that guarantees the
production & development/test data integrity for TriZetto and its
customers.
Individuals working in this position should expect to work beyond a
40 hour week.
Duties include:
- Perform advanced configuration and provisioning of the NetBackup
environment.
- Manage daily Backup and restore operations, provide technical
leadership and guidance to junior engineers, display strong
technical depth and wisdom in the Backup and Restore environment,
provide recommendations to Engineering Management concerning
upgrades and improvements to the infrastructure, policies and
procedures.
- Manage simultaneous projects and coordinate necessary resources.
- Work directly with DBA's, Systems Administrators and Client Leads
to ensure system-wide data integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience with Symantec NetBackup in an
Enterprise level environment
- Advanced knowledge Symantec NetBackup 5.X and 6.X
- Understand the concept of Backup, Restore, Archive, performance
tuning, policy creation and modification
- Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communications and customer service skills with the
ability to relay vital information to either technical or executive
level personnel
Preferred:
- VERITAS certification
- Experience with Solaris/AIX/Windows Operating Systems
- HP Openview experience
- Working knowledge of NAS and SAN environments

troubleshooting systems for a number of proprietary applications
running on Websphere application server.
Requirements:
- BS degree and applicable certifications
- 5+ years related experience
- Must be able to effectively manage pool of resources responsible
for new Websphere environment builds and production support issues
- Websphere administration experience (versions 5.1, 6.0 & 6.1)
- Websphere clustering and deployment manager expertise
- Windows operating systems (2000, 2003, XP) and IIS
- Relational Database mgmt system experience (Sybase, Oracle, MS SQL
Server)
- LAN/WAN understanding
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service
skills
- Must be able to create/maintain documentation of all installation
and configuration processes related to Websphere environments and
applications
