commercial image analysis and visualization tools. We are looking for a
highly-motivated, self-directed individual who delivers results. Although
the emphasis for this position is a strong computer science background and
previous Java development experience, any experience developing algorithms
or applications for remote sensing, data ingest and processing, image
processing (image classification/feature extraction) or data specific file
readers/writers would be a strong advantage. Minimal travel is required.
Required Minimum Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent development skills with proven proficiency in Java
* Experience with SWT and Eclipse are highly desirable
* Well rounded software engineering background with experience in the
design and implementation of complex software solutions in a commercial
software environment.
* Proven experience with modern software engineering processes and
methodologies
* Strong written and oral communication skills and must work
constructively in a team environment.
* 4+ years commercial software design and development experience
* BA/BS or advance degree in Computer Science or other technical
discipline
* Minimal Travel is required
Desired Skills and Qualifications
* Experience with enterprise software frameworks and architectures
* Experience with the challenges involved with large data set storage,
processing and delivery

Java/Enterprise Programming Test Engineer
Due to contract requirements for this project, applicant must be a US
Citizen. Travel between Boulder and Aurora, CO required. Active security
clearances a plus.

We are looking for a take-charge, experienced test engineer or programmer to
own the quality aspects of a long-term java-based enterprise application
development project.
Responsibilities:
The qualified candidate will identify and implement appropriate testing
methodologies and tools, including automated tools. Approximately 80% of the
testing is back-end component testing and 20% is front-end user interface
testing. Additional responsibilities include: participation in requirements
gathering and definition; test plan and test case development and
maintenance; and support for build and release process development and
testing. The candidate will be responsible for the full range of testing,
including unit, component, iteration, integration, functional, user
interface and performance testing.
Required Minimum Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years developing and/or testing software in java environments;
JUnit or similar experience is highly desirable
* Experience testing or developing SOA or enterprise, web-based,
client-server or multi-tiered applications
* Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to switch between a detailed focus and a big-picture focus
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or
equivalent
Additional Skills and Qualifications a Plus:
* Experience developing test strategies, writing test plans,
developing test suites, executing test plans and communicating results
* Experience testing database applications
* Experience with Agile software development methodologies
* Previous experience with and thorough understanding of software
configuration management systems and principles
* Previous experience working with satellite ground systems
* Previous experience working on geographically distributed teams
* Strong knowledge of math and/or a scientific discipline

administration and networking experience to join our fast-paced IT team.
Qualified candidates must be results-oriented with exceptional attention to
detail and strong troubleshooting skills. A collaborative nature and
commitment to customer service is essential. Responsibilities include the
administration of enterprise systems, and the design and implementation of a
wide variety of hardware/software solutions.
Required Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
* 4+ years of system administration experience, including:
* Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory & replication troubleshooting
* Windows 2000/Windows Server 2003, Linux, Solaris 9/10, and Mac OSX
* MS Exchange 2003-2007
* Blackberry Enterprise Server & PDA experience
* Server/Desktop/Laptop deployments
* Ghost & Sysprep OS imaging
* Print server & queue administration
* SQL Server 2000-2005 administration a plus
* Expert knowledge in WAN and LAN administration. Qualified

* Cisco router and switch configurations

* NFS, NIS, FTP & CIFS in heterogeneous networks (SAMBA & Windows
Services for UNIX)
* VMWare ESX 2.5x-3.5x
* DNS management using Windows DNS & BIND
* System monitoring tools (SNMP and What's Up Gold preferred)
* Network design and documentation experience a big plus
* Basic NAS & SAN experience preferred (NetApp/IBM DS4XXX arrays)
* Mail gateway, spam, & mailbox delivery troubleshooting
* Enterprise level backup/recovery experience with latest tools &
techniques
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
