EMS Software Implementation Coordinator - Broomfield

ZOLL Data Systems develops software for the Emergency Medical
Services (EMS) community. Our RescueNet Suite of software is
implemented in ambulance companies and fire departments across the
nation. ZOLL Data Systems is a profitable, growing company based in
Broomfield, CO. We currently have approximately 160 employees.
We are looking to add a Deployment Coordinator to our team to work
with our deployment group on software implementations. In this
role, you would be responsible for working with our clients and with
our team of Deployment Specialists to do all of the preliminary and
follow up legwork to arrange for a software implementation project.
Specifically, you would be responsible for setting time tables and
timelines with the client, ensuring that the client's existing
computer infrastructure is in compliance with published
specifications, coordinating communications between the Deployment
Specialists and the clients pre implementation, delivering training
plans and other documentation to the client site, and following up
with clients at the conclusion of an implementation to guage client
satisfaction and level of competency.
Requisite skills for this position include exceptional
organizational skills, an ability to manage multiple small projects
simultaneously, excellent verbal and written commmunication skills,
an ability to be highly conversant in technical discussions
involving computer hardware, software, and operating systems, great
customer facing skills, an ability to evaluate and modify business
processes and documentation, and the ability to be assertive to
