Job Summary
Manage day-to-day activities of the development resources and
project plans.
Participate in hiring and manage software development staff.

Qualifications
• Five or more years experience in full life cycle software
engineering management with demonstrated ability to lead the
significant software products through multiple versions.
• Ten or more years software engineering industry experience.
• Experience supervising production of UML design and user
documentation.
• Experience delivering mission critical, 24x7 systems.
• Experience with Agile development processes.
• Experience with B2B e-commerce, Java, UML and OO design, and
Databases in both standalone and application server configurations.
• Understanding of software development, product issues and
industry trends.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, written and verbal
communication skills.
• Excellent mentoring, presentation and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with technical
partners or customers in a consulting or joint development role.

Job Summary
The position provides technical expertise to perform tasks in
support of customer integration and migration projects.

This position will provide technical leadership for customer
integration and migration projects, with key responsibilities
defined below. These responsibilities often require coordination
with other departments, including Application/Operations
Engineering, Product Management, Transaction Support, Supplier
Integration, Account Management, Quality Assurance, and Development.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be able to work from own initiative, learn quickly, and
function effectively in a team environment. Must demonstrate
effective listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Required technical knowledge includes ability to build customer
connectivity to GHX standards, utilize GHX tools and processes to
build customer configurations for integration to GHX.

Education:
High School Degree (Required)
Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
EDI (ANSI/X12) and XML knowledge (Required)

Preferred but not required:
AS2, FTP, McKesson ESI Communicator.
