Job Summary:

The purpose of this job is to minimize customer downtime by
providing back line technical support and problem solving
capabilities to a 24/7/365-hosted product base. The position ensures
production systems are properly functioning, assists Application
Support and Development in troubleshooting problems and identifies
areas of increased productivity for automation. The position also
tests, and implements response, and administration tools that
improve the customer experience and provide operational indicators
to the company's management and additional support staff. The
position must exercise independent judgment in some circumstances
under limited supervision. The position will provide strong
mentoring and training skills from senior support team members.
Position will include rotating after-hours and weekend 24x7 on-call
responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Must have solid experience Veritas Netbackup DataCenter, Trendmicro,
IIS 6.0, Microsoft Active Directory including multiple site setup
and configuration.
• Knowledge of security systems and tools including but not limited
to GPO that are applied to Domain, site, and OU levels.
• Knowledge of network services including MS File and Print Sharing,
Sendmail, WINS and DNS; Desktop tools including MS Office, Project
and Visio.
• Configuration and troubleshooting knowledge of systems including
IBM, Dell, HP and Sun product lines.
• Experience installing and configuring storage system including
raid and non-raid SCSI, Tape Robot Library and Fiber Channel based
storage clusters.
• Experience installing disks, memory, system cabling/wiring and
other components using proper rack layout and design along with
overall datacenter knowledge.
• Understanding of monitoring tools such as ProactiveNet.
• Experience deploying and maintaining Java based windows web
servers such as Jrun and/or Tomcat.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. of computer equipment or
components.
• Must have BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems
or equivalent experience.
• Must have MCSA or better Microsoft certification

Job Summary

Provide technical support and functional assistance in the area of
compliance with major regulations that affect the Company, e.g., SAS
70, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11. Assist in training business owners to
identify and take responsibility for the control environment within
their business cycle. Use knowledge of auditing techniques and the
requirements of major regulations to develop broad-coverage,
relevant and cost effective solutions for compliance over all
locations and applications of the Company.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA or BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related
business field

Firm, or Internal Audit experience with public company

The chosen candidate will be a part of a dynamic business
intelligence environment providing solutions to internal
organizations regarding analytics surrounding the entire business
spectrum. These solutions will be comprised of the entire BI
platform including back end database and ETL, analytics, delivery,
or dashboard solutions. The Architect will be required to provide
development and design solutions for all aspects of the environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• The chosen candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in
a BI environment including -
o ETL applications such as Informatica or Data Integrator
o Business Objects XI application suite products such as Universe
Designer, WebI, DeskI, CMC Administration, Performance Manager,
Xcelsius
o Oracle database modeling, tuning, advanced SQL, and PL/SQL
• Excellent communications skills. The willingness to initiate
meetings and engage others is extremely important. The ability to

• Must be able to successfully design and deploy solutions that may

Job Summary

tasks for GHX Software applications and other associated support

The position utilizes software applications and response tools that
improve the customer experience and provide operational indicators
