Louisville Sr. Compliance Specialist

We have a direct permanent hire position as a Sr. Compliance
Specialist for our client in Louisville.
Summary:
Provide technical support and functional assistance in the area of
compliance with major regulations that affect the Company, e.g., SAS
70, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11. Assist in training business owners to
identify and take responsibility for the control environment within
their business cycle. Use knowledge of auditing techniques and the
requirements of major regulations to develop broad-coverage, relevant
and cost effective solutions for compliance over all locations and
applications of the Company.
Qualifications:
*BA or BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related
business field
*2 - 4 years of public accounting experience, preferably with Big 4
Firm, or Internal Audit experience with public company
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and networking information
technologies
*Working knowledge of regulatory requirement compliance conditions
and tactics
*Self starter with good problem solving skills, and results
orientation
*SOX or SAS 70 auditing experience preferred
*Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within
the healthcare, supply chain, or financial services industry preferred
CISA/CISM/CISSP a plus

We have a direct permanent hire position as a Business Intelligence
Architect for our client in Louisville. The Architect will be
required to provide development and design solutions for all aspects
of the business intelligence environment.
Qualifications:
*The chosen candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a
BI environment including *
*ETL applications such as Informatica or Data Integrator
*Business Objects XI application suite products such as Universe
Designer, WebI, DeskI, CMC Administration, Performance Manager,
Xcelsius
*Oracle database modeling, tuning, advanced SQL, and PL/SQL
*Must be able to successfully design and deploy solutions that may
require data from disparate source systems: OLTP, Registration, ERP,
CRM, HR, Finance, etc.
*Experience with Oracle 11i HR and Finance data models
*Experience with Siebel*s CRM and ERP data models
*Microsoft SQL Server
*Experience with BI or data warehousing solutions for supply chain
implementations in the healthcare industry.
*Experience with Rational Clearcase
