The Analyst Developer II will perform Business Intelligence analysis; data profiling, data quality assessment, data analysis, database design and development, data migration, and data transformation involving flat file and relational database sources. Will also support the enterprise needs for direct marketing by building and analyzing campaigns via SQL, SAS, and Front End applications. This role will also help to automate frequently run campaigns. Required Skills: Candidate must have a BS/BA or fours years related experience and/or training. Must also have extensive database design, analysis, and development experience. Experience with decision support/business intelligence applications. Experience with calculation and presentation of business metrics. Skills needed include the following: SQL and database development skills in Teradata, Oracle, and/or SQL Server Database logical and physical design Knowledge of ETL tools DTS, Informatica, or Base SAS Desired Skills: Knowledge of direct marketing, business analytics, multi-cultural marketing a plus.Data warehousing, ETL experience as well as statistical analysis experience would be a plus. Senior Forecast Analyst Developer -
Englewood, CO 40-50/Hour
*This is a 4 month contract opportunity* The responsibilities of this role include: Working in the Analytical Marketing department supporting multiple business units with reports, forecasts and analyses. Building and supporting reports detailing subscriber's growth, call center metrics, product sales and customer segmentation. Creating and running forecasts on receiver sales, call volume and service staffing requirements. Providing segmentation analysis of subscribers and products across business metrics, demographics, geographies, and competitive intelligence. Required Skills: Minimum qualifications to be considered are: Advanced SQL and database development skills in Teradata, Oracle, and/or SQL Server. SAS skill set a plus. Statistical experience with a strong focus on forecasting. The ability to understand the analytical, technical and business side of marketing and to communicate all sides to wide ranges of audiences including executive management. Experience with SQL and forecasting a must. A strong analytical and Business Intelligence background. Past work on the analysis of supply chain management is preferred.
