SECTION I - General Duties
Sr Reporting and Data Analyst.

§ Review, evaluate, design, implement and maintain Business Intelligence reporting (Crystal/ Business Objects/ ProClarity on top of SQL Server/ Oracle/ DB2/ Analysis Services).
§ Analyze reporting requests, document requirements (including mapping data from source to target with defined transformations) and some report development.
§ Database definition, mapping and management. Assist in the requirements development for database cubes/OLAP/Dimensional Data for use in reporting.
§ Person will have a senior level of experience in reporting and data analysis: can work with the end users, project managers and IT professionals (such as database developers).
§ Person will manage development projects and will coordinate outsourced resources to complete projects (Lehman India).


SECTION II - Basic Qualifications

Education:
Requires a bachelor's degree ~ Business, MIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance. Desired Qualifications: MBA

Technical Experience
SQL - ability to write relatively complex stored procedures and DTS packages
Crystal/Crystal Enterprise - Ability to develop complex reports in Crystal or utilizing another report development tool.
OLAP - understanding of OLAP tools and development possibilities within such.

Experience:
4-6 years report development, data analysis. Experience in Business Objects, defining cubes and building reports. Experience also to include systems implementation, project management. Desired experience: at least 5+ years of experience in a Mortgage Banking environment.

Specialized Skills & Knowledge:
Requires experience in report development, data analysis and documentation. Additional knowledge requested: mortgage origination process or mortgage loan servicing process.

SECTION IV - Relationships

Relationships:
Business Intelligence Enterprise Reporting VP: direct management relationship. Works closely with to develop strategic reporting plans and to develop and follow documentation guidelines and set prioritization.

Enterprise Reporting Team: work closely with co-workers to follow process, ask questions, answer questions and develop general good teamwork .

Assigned Divisions: work directly with manager to develop reports & source data, work directly with division staff to understand systems used and data contained in those systems

IT: Develops relationships within other IT groups to understand processes, complete projects and to serve as a resource of knowledge on systems.

India Report Developers: Works with report developers in India to complete reporting projects.
