Work in Analytical Marketing department supporting mulitple business units with reports, forecasts and analyses. Build and support reports detailing subscribers growth, call center metrics, product sales and customer segmentation. Create and run forecasts on receiver sales, call volume and service staffing requirements. Provide segmenation analysis of subscribers and products across business metrics, demographics, geographics, and competitive intelligence.
College Degree and/or five years related experience and training.
Experience with SQL a must. Experience with forecasting required. A strong analytical and business intelligence background. Past work on the analysis of supply chain management is preferred. Data warehousing and ETL experience a plus. Statistical analysis experience a plus.
Advanced SQL and database development skills in Teradata, Oracle, and/or SQL Server. SAS skillset a plus. Statistical experience with a strong focus on forecasting. The ability to understand the analytical, technical and business side of marketing and to communicate all sides to wide ranges of audiences including executive management.
