JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for gathering and translating both technical and functional
requirements throughout the office. Assist Project Managers in
coordinating tasks and initiatives throughout the office.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



* Gathering and translating, work with product team to obtain
functional requirements for initiatives and translate functional
requirements into technical requirements

* Works with Developers, System Analysts and Architects to
provide accurate LOEs for any project

* Works with Product Managers, Marketing Managers and other
project stakeholders to identify, define and specify business
requirements

* Performs analysis to identify levels of effort based on
requirements

* Generates use cases, detailed systems requirements, ERDs,
sequence diagrams and logical/object data models

* Consults on developing or augmenting process flows and Methods
& Procedures

* Facilitates project scoping and determination of solution
approaches.



ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:



* Help Project Manager control the scope of projects

* Help Project Manager coordinate tasks and initiatives with all
other departments involved in a project (Business Development, QA,
Content, Product Management)

* Be intimately familiar with company systems and applications
to provide a relatively high level of expertise on any given application

* Wire-framing and use case scenarios may be expected on certain
mobile and web projects



JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field required

Technical skills a must, developer background preferred. Must be able
to read class diagrams and ERDs

Strong knowledge of UML preferred

2 + years of BA experience working in all stages if the SDLC

Knowledge if the mobile industry and the mobile environment

Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies

Excellent written and oral communications skills a must

Must be able to learn and adapt quickly and work well in a team

Analyst II in downtown Denver.

JOB SUMMARY:

Design and documentation of systems is foremost objective. The position
works closely with the Systems Architect and Systems Analyst to analyze
and document the technological systems used in house.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



* Responsible for working with Architecture and Development to
help establish and understand the functional requirements of a
system/product.
* Assist with the documentation of design of systems and said
systems interactions with various sub-systems (e.g. UML).
* Responsible for working tightly will customers to understand the
full scope and expectation of a deliverable.
* Responsible for identifying bugs in releases and working with
developers to address these issues.
* Refine business requirements into functional requirements and
use cases of systems based upon present knowledge of direction in
relation to legacy systems and current development.
* Identify the impact of new business/functional requirements on
current systems as well as providing potential solutions for supporting
new functionality and mitigating change to architecture.



ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Identification of system improvements.
* Responsible for interacting with more senior people on the team
and or group (depending on the scope of their current role) to

* It is expected that in many regards an SA can act as a subject
matter expect across multiple domains and will be proficient at
introducing detailed information of domain systems to other groups.
* Handle customer identifiable information (in the form of contact
information), points of sale via partners, and partner contact
information, however, the dissemination of this knowledge is strictly
forbidden by Zed USA employment policy. The job holder is also
responsible for safeguarding Zed USA's proprietary technology.
* Complex and unique requirements for product offerings will
require a dynamic thinker in relation to the understanding of how
disparate technologies can be. The goal of an R&D Systems Analyst is to
help alleviate the complications of diverse requirements and
technologies through the in depth understanding of our offerings and
technologies.
* Proficient in understanding the congruency of products in
relation to current technologies, architecture, and future offerings to
ensure that code bases are standardized and centralized to ensure
extensibility.
* Feel comfortable with presentation, training, as well as
maintaining a pro-active nature in all facets of the position.
* Communicate on a daily basis with Project Management, Product
Development. Quality Assurance and additional internal
stakeholders/customers.
* Work closely with other developers to make sure that the
direction of developed systems is in-line with technical vision and
direction and that sub-systems work well together. The candidate will
additionally work closely with Product Development to make sure that all
business requirements are refined to an appropriate and concise set of
functional requirements and use cases.
* Expected to be a SME in relation to the functional matrix of
product. With that said the candidate will be expected to be able to
discuss in a formal group setting the limitations or perceives
limitations of a system.



JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

It is expected that in many regards an SA can act as a subject matter
expect across multiple domains and will be proficient at introducing
detailed information of domain systems to other groups

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical track, similar
professional training, and/or industry experience is required.
(Preferred computer science, engineering, applied mathematics, MIS)

At least 4 years of professional experience dealing with multiple object
oriented language, platforms, paradigms, and technologies

Must have 4 years of experience with multiple object oriented languages
(C++, Java, C# .Net desired), procedural languages (perl, php, python,
ESCMAScript, Tcl, VBScript, ASP), and/or declarative languages (T-Sql,
PL/Sql, Prolog)

Must additionally have 1+ years of database development experience
(Oracle and SQL Server preferable) specifically pertaining to
application development

Having exposure to wireless technologies and SDKs (J2ME, BREW, Android,
Blackberry SDK, etc.) will be beneficial

Having exposure to concepts such as data mining, rules engines and
complex enterprise design patterns is a benefit

Developer II in downtown Denver.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the enhancement of the current system functionality,
defect fixes, and development of newer solutions via the guidance of
their mentor (similar to Dev I). It will be expected that they can pick
up current methodologies quickly as well as add to them. It will also be
expected that a Dev II can and will pick up more complex development
initiatives.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



* Development of new solutions.

* Defect resolution and management.

* Design/Analysis of new solutions.

* Provide input to training direction.



ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:



* Responsible for interacting with more senior people on the
team and or group (depending on the scope of their current role) to
understand more advanced concepts.

* Project Management and additional internal
stakeholders/customers (similar to Dev I).

* Responsible for safeguarding the company's proprietary
technology.

* Design of new systems and solutions and leading other team
members in the implementation of these assets.



JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Complex and unique business requirements for requested products require
Dev II's to be solid and "on their toes" thinkers. They will encounter
complex requirements as well as difficult issues in defect resolution

Expected to work tightly with the trouble ticket requestor to handle
defect resolution issues as well as the project manager of any projects
on which the candidate may work

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical track or a similar
training in professional training (Preferred computer science,
engineering, applied mathematics, MIS)
