Responsibilities Include:
* Review, analyze, evaluate and maintain the organization's
telecommunication (Cisco) systems
* Design, develop, and test the telecommunication systems
* Provide customer training on the telecommunications features
and functionality
* Analyze the telephony functions of an organization
* Work to develop, improve, maintain, and implement the telephony
network
* Administer network and systems environments based on the
Microsoft Windows server platforms
* Implement project involving Microsoft Unified Communications,
including Microsoft Exchange and Unified Messaging
* Microsoft server administration background (AD, security,

Requirements:
* BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology,

Job Description: Sr. Software Engineer
Purpose:
The Senior Software Engineer actively supports Springbok's
Organizational Goals and Objectives through the development you will
assist in the architecture, design and implementation of highly scalable
critical system components. You will also be involved with the planning
and execution of the product development and release schedule and
maintenance of our core application infrastructure that supports Card
Issuance, Card Fulfillment and Card Processing. Additionally, this
position is the point of contact within the IT group for all database
questions/issues.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the architecture, design and implementation highly
scalable critical system components.
* Be involved with the planning and execution of the product
development and release schedule.
* Design, scope, implement and test new features end-to-end both
independently and with other team members.
* Troubleshoot, optimize and performance tune as necessary.
* Write unit tested and maintainable code.
* Other responsibilities as necessary.
* Provide feature-level design, implementation, delivery and
maintenance/ enhancements of the company's products
* Translate features and requirements into engineering design
documentation
* Perform testing at the unit level
* Prepare labor estimates for the development and delivery of
assigned features
* Accountable for the implementation (including unit testing),
functional completeness and delivery to performance, supportability,
scalability, and testability goals
* Meet project deadlines while maintaining high customer service
and quality control levels
* Work directly with the core engineering team from feature
definition to delivery
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in computer science, applied mathematics,
management information systems or computer information or related field
* 3-7 years experience software engineering experience
* Proficiency in C# and ASP.net
* SQL experience preferred
* Must be able to create simple solutions to complex design
problems
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
while effectively managing schedule and communicating progress.
* Ability to quickly ascertain and solve critical problems under
pressure.
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in team
environments
* Commitment to organizational goals and objectives

Job Description: IT Security Specialist
Purpose:
Perform all aspects of review, update and development of IT Security
Policies ensuring compliance with Federal and Department guidelines.
Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of
assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those
projects. Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Responsible for understanding the current document format and
ensuring that new or revised policy are managed to signature
* Maintain proficiency with current security and credit card
policy issues. Perform internal control reviews; Perform security risk
analysis and investigate mitigation solutions
* Assist in the evaluation and development of improvements to
existing security capabilities, policies, and practices.
* Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end
users; Defines project scope and objectives.
* Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates,
resource plans, and status re-ports. Conducts project meetings and is
responsible for project tracking and analysis.
* Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project
deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and
reviews vendor deliverables.
* Management of security devices, i.e. IDS/IPS, proxy servers,
file integrity management servers, and syslog servers.
* Review of security devices logs and reports.
Requirements:
* At least 3 - 5 years experience being responsible for
developing and reviewing security architecture and security policy and
managing security devices.
* Strong working knowledge of PCI policies.
* Thorough knowledge of telecommunications, network, and computer
security issues and established security practices.

Job Title: Sr. Systems Engineer
Purpose:
Sr. Systems Engineer to work in an exciting fast growing environment to
assist in our systems engineering needs. This person needs to be agile
and have the ability to wear multiple hats to assist with implementing
or maintaining technologies in our environment that includes VoIP,
Blade, SAN, VMWare, and Cisco networking devices. Experience in all
areas not necessary but individual must have the desire to learn new
technologies.
Responsibilities:
* Manage existing production and development environments on
Blade and VMWare infrastructure.
* Assist in designing and implementing a monitoring and alerting
system that includes: server monitoring, network monitoring, web site
monitoring, and creating custom scripts as necessary.
* Ensure the operational upkeep and maintenance of all servers
using automation tools like SMS, Microsoft Operations Manager, etc
* Provide feature-level design, implementation, delivery and
maintenance/ enhancements of the company's products.
* Translate features and requirements into engineering design
documentation.
* Work directly with the core engineering team from feature

* Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Must have 3+ years experience functioning as a Systems
Administrator or Systems Engineer.
* Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as HP
OpenView, Nagios, or similar, monitoring of key components of operating
systems, email, web applications, networking components, bandwidth
measurements and analysis, and other infrastructure components.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, applied mathematics,
management information systems, or related field is preferred.
Equivalent experience is acceptable.
* Must be able to create simple solutions to complex design
problems.
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
while effectively managing schedule and communicating progress
