Wall Street On Demand - Healthcare Project Manager, Web Administrator, Operations Communication Center

What You Offer



Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience in a project management or business analyst role or the equivalent with demonstrated ability to develop, manage and implement multiple projects for external clients including:



· Negotiating project scope, timing and pricing with clients and 3rd party partners



· Defining and documenting business & functional requirements



· Maintaining and effectively communicating overall project status to internal and external stakeholders



· Prioritizing tasks and effectively managing day-to-day issues



· Coordinating project and workflow management with engineering, design, development and QA teams



· Assisting with data integrity testing using internal diagnostic tools



· Experience in the Healthcare, Software, and/or Internet Sectors preferred



· Strong analytical, tactical, organizational, multi-tasking and administrative skills



· Sound judgment and personal integrity



· Excellent oral and written communication skills



· Understanding of relational database concepts and web programming languages preferred



· Familiarity with agile software development methodologies a plus



· Eager to be challenged, enjoy a fast-paced and results oriented work environment



· Ability to learn and understand internal processes during all phases of major data integration and web technology projects

Web Administrator (IIS / Apache)
TEAM: Operations
What You Offer
DESCRIPTION:
Develop and maintain Wall Street on Demands primarily IIS web infrastructure for a high volume, high availability data center processing more than 1.25 Billion web hits per week, and consistently growing. Work in an operational environment that will challenge you while expanding your technical expertise. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest financial clients in the world while learning and implementing new technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Experience in Web Administration in a medium to high volume data center
* Excellent analytical and problem analysis
* Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff
* Ability to provide off-hours support on a rotational basis
2. Extensive application support for mission critical services, including:
* IIS6/IIS7
* Apache
3. Ability to manage IIS and Apache websites
* Provide effective solutions to web architectural issues
* Demonstrate expertise with HTTPS and SSL
* Identify and resolve issues with security and permissions
* Identify and resolve performance issues
* Manage and review logs
4. Working knowledge and experience in:
* Local and global load balancing technologies
* DNS
* Multi-Tiered applications
* Intranets
* Web site monitoring, i.e. Keynote, Sitescope, DotCom
5. Strong customer service and communication skills
* Work with Development and Engineering teams
* Determine hardware requirements to support projected transaction volumes and response times
* Collaborate with project teams to define and track success metrics for client websites
* Timely development, documentation, communication and delivery of site configurations
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years related experience;
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills;
3. Strong customer service background;
4. Technical aptitude;
5. Must be able to multi-task, managing multiple projects simultaneously, including resources, priorities, and timelines.

Operations Communication Center
TEAM: Operations
What You Offer
DESCRIPTION:
Facilitates and coordinates the flow of communications between the Wall Street on Demand Operations Center and both internal and external third parties. Monitoring of Wall Street on Demand operations infrastructure, assists in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues and escalates issues as required to the appropriate teams. This is a 24x7 operation and requires the flexibility to work rotating and/or off-hour shifts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides front line support for initial triage and Ticket generation according to escalation procedures as reported by internal and external clients and third party Customer Care organizations.
2. Responsible for monitoring all service requests and takes appropriate action.
3. Primary point of contact for ticket creation, updates and any other two-way communication between client, vendors and external Customer Care organizations.
4. Responsible for monitoring and moderating all communications between the Operations Center and internal teams, clients, vendors and third party Customer Care organizations.
5. Ensures that all tickets and email correspondence are kept within customer service standards.
6. Produces, maintains and updates documentation including, contact and escalation lists, notification and mailing lists, scheduled reports and written procedures.
7. Provides input and feedback for the development and improvement of communications processes and procedures.
8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, intense environment
9. Provides monitoring of Operations Infrastructure and troubleshoots, resolves and escalates issues as required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of six months related experience;
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent telephone skills;
3. Strong customer service background;
4. Technical aptitude;
5. Experience with ticketing systems.
