Full Circle Systems, a privately held company based in Morrison,
Colorado specializes in the management, design and implementation of
software solutions that leverage business critical documents. Our
flagship product, DocVue, is a powerful web-based suite of integrated
Document Management, Imaging and Workflow products.
Using proven analytic and implementation methodologies, the successful
applicant will be responsible for full ownership of our solution
deployments, from business process analysis through implementation,
training, and client follow-up. Additional responsibilities include
on-going account management and maintaining the highest level of
customer satisfaction. Like all leaders at Full Circle, we desire a
self-starter capable of outstanding results who will collaborate
successfully with team members.
Required Skills
* Excellent analytic troubleshooting and problem solving skills *
Experience with business process reengineering, including requirements
gathering, documenting workflows, and developing business process
improvements * Hands on experience with software implementations
involving complex integrations * Solid experience with project
management methodologies, including the use of MS Project or similar
tools for planning and scheduling of project deliverables * Ability to
create and maintain product and procedure documentation * Strong
verbal and written communication skills
Optional experience but extremely desirable
* Document management, imaging and workflow applications *
Scanners and document capture software (preferably Kofax) * Oil and
gas accounting applications * Familiarity with database-driven
applications * Strong understanding of relational databases,
especially SQL Server * Basic SQL Server Query capabilities *
Knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems * Knowledge
of enterprise networking
Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
field
Experience: 3+ years Business Analysis or Software Implementation
Travel: Some required
Salary: Commensurate with experience, salary package includes
base and bonuses
