Mercury Payment Systems is looking for new Manager of Software Analysis to join our Durango corporate headquarters or DTC office. This position is responsible for managing a team of Software Business Analysts and User Experience Designers. The team is responsible for translating business requirements to the technical team and also to act as a technical liaison to the business unit. Well qualified candidates will have the following experience and skill:

* Bachelors degree or minimum 10 years experience in software related field
* 3-5 years of managing technical teams
* Minimum 7 years experience developing software through its full life cycle
* 3-5 years as a Business Analyst
* Familiarity with Microsoft Programming Technologies (.NET)
* User Experience Design experience a plus
* Strong proficiency in the entire MS Office suite required. MS Certifications a plus
* Understanding of Software development life cycle principles
* Agile Methodology experience preferred
