QuickPen International, a Trimble Company, is currently seeking a Product Support Technician in our Englewood, CO headquarters. Our Technical Support Group provides telephone and Web-based support to our customers including, but not limited to: system setup, configuration, implementation and general software usage. Customer communication is a mix of e-mail, telephone and web-based support. Position requires a great deal of interaction with internal personnel (developers, quality assurance and sales). This position requires: • Strong Communication skills; written and oral • Strong ability with general computer systems trouble shooting • Critical thinking and problem solving skills a must o Analytical and Intuitive (capable of following logic and then making the intuitive leap to a solution or root cause) • Detail oriented • Motivated by helping others achieve success • Capable, preferably thrives, in high pressure/time critical environments • High interpersonal/social skills • Capable of working autonomously or with little guidance • Working knowledge of AutoCAD® 2007 or higher preferred but not required • Construction industry experience specific to Piping or HVAC installation/estimation 2 -3 years preferred but not Required Must be authorized to work in the US
