We have a direct permanent placement as an Implementation Manager for our client in Louisville.
Principle duties and responsibilities:
• Manages, supports and mentors GHX implementation staff to ensure strong performance and compliance with approved methodologies and policies.
• Serves as a customer and internal escalation point for implementation related issues.
• Reviews SOWs to ensure adherence to implementation policies/capabilitWe have a direct permanent hire position as an Implementation Manager for our client in Louisville.
Principle duties and responsibilities:
• Manages, supports and mentors implementation staff to ensure strong performance and compliance with approved methodologies and policies.
• Provides oversight to ensure all implementation projects and initiatives remain on-target and on-budget.
• Supports the Sales team by providing process and domain expeies.
• Coordinates Sales to Service Delivery and/or Service Delivery to Support transitions for new business.
• Manages implementation resources/capacity against a centralized slot schedule.
• Monitors departmental capacity and provides proactive visibility into potential bottlenecks.
• Works towards operational excellence and continual quality improvement to drive an optimal customer experience, as well as internal efficiency.
• Contributes to department capacity, revenue, project status and performance reporting.
• Participates with the development and maintenance of tracking tools and scorecards for monitoring implementation performance metrics and net promoter scores.
• Assists with the delivery and follow-up related to customer satisfaction surveys.
