PaySimple is currently seeking an experienced, ASP.Net and C# Web Software Engineer with a passion for software development to join our growing team and contribute to the success and evolution of our payment solution application. Primary responsibilities will be developing the marketing site for potential clients. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, helping to finalize specifications and designs, coding the software, as well as developing installation procedures. You will have the opportunity to participate in determining the direction of new development and actively share knowledge with other team members.
Responsibilities
€ ¦Ø Development of web-based applications for the payment industry
€ ¦Ø Developing both customer-centric web pages as well as server side software components to create an awesome customer experience
€ ¦Ø Staying current in the technology industry, especially as it relates to user interfaces and web applications.
€ ¦Ø Work closely with other team members to create a state of the art website.
€ ¦Ø Participate in the design and planning of enhancements to existing products and development of new products.
Must be able to work within tight timelines, short release cycles.
Skills/Experience
€ ¦Ø 1+ years experience developing in a C#, ASP.Net/SQL Server environment
€ ¦Ø Solid understanding and experience with software installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes
€ ¦Ø Experience with CSS, XML/XSL, DTD, XML Schemas, Web Services, SOAP, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and IIS
€ ¦Ø Experience with AJAX and other UI components required
€ ¦Ø Experience with Visual Studio 2005
€ ¦Ø Experience with SaS (Software as a Service) environments a plus
€ ¦Ø Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 a plus
€ ¦Ø MS/BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
This position requires a candidate who is highly self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to work with limited supervision. Successful candidate must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including high degree of attention to detail and accurate processes.
