Primary Duties: Requirements-gathering, detailed design, implementation, and testing to support production releases in a distributed environment.
Education requirements: BS in engineering or computer science.
Experience requirements (years): minimum of 5 years
Skill requirements: Experience with C#, .NET, Service-Oriented Architectures, Relational databases, familiarity with Test-Driven Development and Agile processes is required.
Desired Skills: Past experience designing and developing for high-transaction rate enterprise systems including hardware devices is highly desirable. Experience with Adobe FLEX and web services based on WCF is a plus. Experience with the .Net Entity Framework model and SQL Server is also desirable. Experience with GIS and Geospatial applications is beneficial.
