experienced and proven
Software Quality Assurance Manager with a proven track record of
building / developing / managing a world-class SQA department. Selected
candidate must have expertise in automated test tools (QTP preferred),
SQA processes and methodologies best practices, software testing automation techniques and theory, agile project management, and
personnel management.
Requirement and Experience
** 10+ years of overall SQA experience
** Software testing automation experience (prefer QTP)
** SQA personnel management
** Must have extensive experience in Quality Assurance processes, methodologies, SDLC, and best practices
** Software quality processes industry certifications and/or project
management certifications are a plus
** minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

QTP SW Test Automation Engineer, DTC

experienced and proven
Software Quality Assurance Automation Engineer with expertise in
QTP to ensure the integrity of mission critical data processing systems. The
selected candidate must have considerable experience in working with
business customers and technical staffs to understand production systems and business requirements. Strong interpersonal skills are required to work
with applications development, management and other Quality Assurance team members. Selected candidate must be a self-starter with strong process and
methodology experience within the SQA process, be up to date on the QTP
product and software testing automation techniques, theory and best practices.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
** Design and develop automated test scripts for regression testing, including verification
of middleware components and web services
** Translate Manual Test
Cases to Automated Scripts for the purpose of exercising front
end GUI
** Efficiently estimate tasks, assess risk impacts, and troubleshoot
procedures and processes
** Maintaining and expanding Automation Framework documentation
Requirement and Experience
** 6+ years of overall SQA experience
** 4+ years of current QTP Automation experience (version 9 or higher)
** Experience in the Ajax environment; with HTML, XML, Web Services; 4+
years SQL; Oracle (Fusion Middleware, Oracle DB, BPEL, ADF) are highly
desirable
** Must have extensive experience in Quality Assurance processes, methodologies, SDLC, and best practices
** Experience with open source automated testing tools (Selenium, Watir) desirable
** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
