We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Database
Administrator in our Boulder, CO office. This job requires the
administration and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server databases. If
you are a seasoned database administrator with strong administration and
development skills related to managing large internet databases, Webroot

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage Microsoft SQL Server databases in a production and
development Data Center environment.
* Manage & monitor the Data Center's hardware and software
infrastructures.
* Perform design, development and implementation work related to the
maintenance and expansion of the Data Center's hardware and software
infrastructures.
* Coordinate with and support Development and other stake-holders as
appropriate.
* Perform system maintenance as necessary.
* Perform on-call duties on a rotating basis.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required Administration Skills:
* 6+ years of administration experience with Microsoft SQL Server
databases to include database replication.
* Experience with Microsoft Analysis Services and Reporting
Services.
* Advanced SQL tuning and development skills.
* Advanced organizational, analytical, problem solving and
documentation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Desired Administrative Skills:
* MySQL DBA knowledge/experience
* Strong Windows and/or Linux operating system skills
* VERITAS Cluster Server for Windows
* Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley & Payment Card Industry (PCI)
security audits
