Catholic Health Initiatives is looking for an IT Planning Analyst to
join our the IT Planning group whose key functions include IT
Strategy, IT Finance, and IT Balanced Scorecard. Qualified and

The IT Planning Analyst manages enterprise-wide budget and actual
expense reporting within IT, establishes processes for data
collection and reporting, collaborates in performance metrics and
reporting for dashboards and scorecards, and assists in long-term IT
strategy development. The candidate's background in healthcare IT
and broad knowledge in business and finance are ideally suited to
succeed in this position.

Job Summary:

Supports reporting requirements across client relationship and
vendor management functions
Provides reporting for dashboards and balanced scorecard used by the
governance committees and One IT leadership

Essential Duties:

Works with governance committees to identify and develop plans for
performance metrics and reporting for dashboards and balanced
scorecards
Coordinates development and collection of metrics data across One IT
vertical sub-functions
Collects performance information/status on projects from EPMO
Coordinates collection of help desk performance statistics monthly
Create reports and distributes to organization as defined by process
Place reports on One IT internal website as defined by process
Manages the coordination of budget and actual expense reporting
within IT.

Education:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Experience:

3+ years experience working in an IT infrastructure and applications
environment in a large, multi-facility healthcare system.
Experience with collecting and reporting IT metrics
Knowledge of management dashboards and balanced scorecards
Familiarity with Remedy, Clarity, SQL and/or other IT management
tools
Familiarity with budgeting and planning processes

Additional Responsibilities:

Works with Client and Vendor sub-functions to identify reporting
requirements
Works across One IT vertical sub-functions to establish process for
data collection and reporting
Works with Finance Dept to coordinate process, schedules and results
analysis for CHI financial planning processes
