Webroot needs an experienced developer to analyze and write applications
and utilities that will assist in day to day research of malware. This
position requires strong programming skills in C++ and .NET.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create tools and algorithms to detect and identify installed
malicious software
* Identify new distribution methods and techniques for removal of
malicious software/spyware
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* Professional experience using C++ and .NET
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (3 or more of the following)
* Knowledge of Win32 API
* Relational databases in an N-tiered environment
* Linux
* Windows Driver experience
* Virtualization/emulation
* PE File Format
* Windows Automation
