Roles and Responsibilities:
Recondo Technology is seeking Software Engineers to join our rapidly
growing, team-oriented development organization where everyone has a
significant role in the success of the project. At Recondo, utilizing
an agile development methodology, you will be part of a high-performance
team using a new model of technolgy to solve difficult problems. In
this position, you will be responsible for developing quality production
level application code using our declarative event processing models
ensuring that the deliverables align with the product roadmap and
vision. Position responsibilities include the entire software
development life cycle, including but not limited to: software
requirements, analysis, architecture, design, coding, unit test,
documentation, system testing, installation, and data center/customer
support.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates at all levels. Chosen candidates must work
well with others in a fast moving environment, sometimes requiring
irregular hours at our Centennial, Colorado location, with occasional
travel required. Recondo is a highly energetic new company that is
aggressively attacking the health care services marketplace and requires
individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high growth environments.
Successful candidates will have:
* BS or equivalent in Computer Science
* Understanding of server based application and thin client user
interface programming
* JAVA software development knowledge
* Knowledge of J2EE a plus
* Knowledge of object oriented analysis and design
* Windows and/or Unix Platform experience
* Knowledge of multi-threading
* Knowledge of networking, IO
* Desire and ablility to learn about the healthcare industry
