The Data Center Systems Administrators Team is growing by 30% to keep up with our expanding client demand and is looking for solid candidates that will add more depth to the team. Ideal candidates would benefit from experience in:

Multiple high availability data centers consisting of more than 2000 Operating Systems and serving more than 1 Billion page views per week. What You Offer

Solid, proven experience working in High Availability multi Data Center environments consisting of Windows Server 2003 and 2008 Operating Systems, experience with NetBackup and Altiris Systems Management Platform, and basic TCP/IP networking concepts. Effective communication skills and an ability to document technical procedures.

Experience identifying and addressing system capacity and optimization based on expected traffic peak demands. Exposure and experience with Scripting, Automation tools and Red Hat Linux are definite pluses. Researches vendor options and may make recommendations regarding vendor service relationships. Participates in purchasing decisions and/or recommendations regarding technology and tools.

Readily identify core problems and applies problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems, often under tight time constraints. Technical guidance is received from peers and higher level staff only on unusual or very complex projects. Perform advanced administrative tasks and provide formal or informal training in assigned areas.

May lead project teams and provide functional and/or administrative supervision for assigned staff. Provide direct user support with backup from higher level staff. Client calls for production operations specific issues. Participate in project teams. Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience: 5 to 7 years systems administration / engineering in a High Availability Data Center environment.
