The PeopleSoft Business Analyst plays a key role in relating and communicating technology initiatives in a business context. Responsible for conducting fit/gap analysis, partnering with the technical developers for the implementation of requested upgrades, enhancements, changes to all PeopleSoft HRMS applications. This person will lead design sessions, facilitate requirements gathering, document business needs for technical developers. This person will also be responsible for creating test plans, identifying test scenarios, writing and executing Quality Assurance scripts and identifying issues.

Diagnose and resolve PeopleSoft system related errors to ensure the accuracy of corporate business critical systems. Research questions with respect to both maintenance and development activities. Interact with database administrators and business system users in this effort.
Manage and participate in development of system test plans and acceptance criteria. Responsible for Documentation and Testing of PeopleSoft Enhancements, Bug Fixes, Bundles and Tax Updates
Document multi-team processes using standard tools and is able to identify bottlenecks and areas of inefficiency. Is able to make simple recommendations for potential process changes. Create business process flow charts, formal functional design specifications and leadership managing quality assurance testing.
Defines methodologies and best practices. Contributes to industry standards.
Use sophisticated interviewing and industry-standard modeling techniques (e.g. BPMN) to elicit and document complex, cross-organizational processes. Effectively identify process inefficiencies and make thorough, implement able suggestions for modifications.
Plan and lead large discussions and addresses decision making items without support. Facilitate prioritization process across multiple stakeholders. Provide functional support of applications working directly with clients in managing their requests, understanding their requirements and translating functional requirements to technical specifications through hands-on analysis.
Identify new ways to approach and complete Quality Assurance practices and documentation. Define new methods of documenting and analyzing requirements.
Adapts to change, is open to and generates new ideas. Accepts and seeks new responsibilities. Handles pressure well, adjusts plans to meet change needs and acts on opportunities.
Build customer confidence and is committed to increasing customer satisfaction and exceptional experiences for HR, Payroll, Benefits, Employee and Managers. Set achievable customer expectations and assume responsibility for solving customer problems. Solicit opinions and ideas from customers and respond promptly and consistently to internal customers.
Recognize business needs and problems and responds in a systematic fashion.

Requirements:
Expert level knowledge of core HRMS, Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits and Benefits Administration modules, to include Time Administration, Reports, Queries, and Security Administration. Technical knowledge of the following required: People Code, People Tools, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interface, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker.
Is attentive to detail and accuracy and committed to excellence and quality. Looks for ways to improve the HR Service Delivery model.
Makes timely decisions, uses consensus when possible and communicates effectively to other team members and leadership.
Is able to sort through complex issues, seek input from others and addresses the root cause of issues.
Complete tasks in a timely manner, is punctual at work and in meetings. Shows consistent effort.
3-5 years of business analyst experience. At least three full lifecycle engagements as a PeopleSoft HRMS.
Experience with Microsoft Visio, Excel, Project, Word, PeopleSoft

We are currently hiring a Sr. Software Developer- .Net for our Broomfield, CO headquarters. This individual will work in our Reporting and Data Services Development team to provide technical leadership, architecture and development direction of enterprise and departmental information needs. Individual will work with multiple teams throughout IT and the business to define requirements, design and implement solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design, build and support custom software systems and integration projects.
2. Evolve the technology stack.
3. Execute system development life-cycle (SDLC) processes and procedures to all new and existing development.
4. Complete all programs that include new development, enhancements and bug fixes of existing applications as assigned by IT Leadership. Identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of existing data services.

Requirements:
Proven understanding of SDLC processes and procedures.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Enhance and automate tasks to maintain existing system
Perform on-going quality assurance, error handling and system testing
Required Technologies:
Visual Studio 2008, C#., NET 3.5 including WPF, WCF and have strong OOA and OOD skills.
XML technologies such as XSD, XSLT and XPath and Web Services standards like Soap, WSDL and WS-*.
Code generation tools like CodeSmith
Extensive experience with database platforms, including Microsoft SQLServer, using T-SQL and Data Transformation Systems (DTS/SSIS,Informatica)
Optional Technologies:
Ideally would have knowledge in the area of security concepts such as PCI compliance, encryption and signatures
BizTalk knowledge desirable
Experience with Reporting/Analytics tools: Cognos, Microsoft Reporting/Analysis Services, Business Objects or Crystal Reports
Understanding of SOA
Experience with other Object Oriented programming technologies, i.e,. Java

Career Experience:
5+ years of relevant technology development, consulting or industry experience required.
Bachelor's Degree required in Information Technology or related
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Independently managed, whether managing small engagements or parts of large engagements.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Experience and high comfort level with engagement of all levels of business stakeholders

This individual will work closely with internal clients, business analysts, database system administrators and other IT teams. Responsible for providing PeopleSoft HCM production support for the following modules: Payroll, Time and Labor, HR, Benefits, Benefits Administration, Employee Self-Service and Employee Portals Integration. Provide technical support and integration with other HR Technologies such as Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Responsible for partnering with the business analyst to understand the application functionality, support fit/gap assessments and develop technical solutions to support business processes.



Create and format complete technical documents including text, illustrations, footnotes, etc. using existing standards and templates with minimal feedback and review required.
Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide status reports where required.
Proactively contribute to technical discussions and decision making. Identify technical problems and define solutions with little direction.

Meet business needs using Integration Tools including Component Interfaces, Integration Broker (Application Messaging) and Business Interlinks.

Create technology solutions using People Code and People Tools including Application Designer, Security Administration, Change Assistant, Tree Manager, Application Engine, Application Debugger, Data Mover, Workflow, Query and Process Scheduler.
Develop reporting solutions leveraging PS/nVision, SQR and Crystal Reports.
Participate and contribute to the analysis and implementation of industry wide research. Participate in vendor and solution evaluation processes.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
2 + full lifecycle PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, T&L, Benefits and Ben Admin implementation experience version 8.9 +, 3 -5+yrs PeopleSoft develop. exp.
Minimum of 2 implementations of PeopleSoft.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment.
Self motivated and self directed.
Proficient with Application development using all technical tools provided by PeopleSoft.
Self-Sufficient in prioritizing individual work, meeting deadlines, forecasting efforts with minimal guidance and direction.
Experience implementing employee self-service, manager self service (MSS), Total reward Statements, and Portal Integration are huge pluses
Proactively contributes to technical discussions and decision making. Able to identify technical problems and define solutions with little direction.
Works well with other team members.
