SquareTwo Financial is a growing asset management/asset recovery financial
services company located in the Denver Tech Center (DTC). We have proven

leadership, we are currently seeking an Informatica ETL Developer. Position
entails design, development, and testing solutions to populate an Enterprise
Data Warehouse from transactional sources, create and maintain processes to load
Data Marts from the Data Warehouse, and provide robust performant data mappings.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
** Developing complex extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes using
Informatica
** Develop and maintain ETL mappings and SQL scripts to retrieve data for
analysis and reporting
** Develop and maintain ETL administration and operation including the
scheduling, running, monitoring, logging, management of errors, recovery from
failures, and validation of outputs to target systems
** Gather mapping and reporting requirements and coordinate all data movement
activities
** Defining and capturing metadata and rules associated with ETL processes.
Skills/Requirements and Education:
** 3-5 years experience with Data Integration and Data Warehousing including 2+
years of hands-on, current experience developing ETL solutions using Informatica
PowerCenter version 8.6.1 is required
** Experience with Java, XML and Web Services is required.
** Strong data integration experience, particularly with XML and various flat
file formats
** 3-5 years experience in Data Warehousing data population techniques for
target structures such as Star Schemas, Snowflake Schemas, and highly normalized
data models.
** Excellent ETL staging environment development skills along with experience
with performance tuning ETL processes.
** Excellent SQL programming skills and relational database knowledge
** Understanding of standard development life cycle processes, including Agile
and Scrum methodologies
** A 4 year college degree, preferable in Computer Science, Business
(Accounting, Finance, or Economics) or Mathematics
