Mercury Payment Systems has an immediate opportunity for a bright, motivated team player in the IT Department as a Network Engineer II in either the Denver Tech Center location or Durango, CO headquarters.
Requirements include 5+ years in IT and extensive hands-on experience installing and maintaining Cisco Networking Products, TCP/IP communications and Microsoft Server products. Specifically, the ideal skill set includes experience in:
· LAN Switching (Cisco)
· TCP/IP Networking & Routing
· WAN Telecommunications (Cisco)
· Firewalls & VPN (Cisco)
· Network Engineering and Design
· Windows Server Software
· Microsoft Active Directory
· Microsoft IIS
· Microsoft SQL Server
· Common x86 Server Hardware
· Virtual Computing
· Misc: DHCP, DNS, SNMP, QOS, etc.
Outstanding candidates will additionally demonstrate knowledge and experience with ASA, BGP and Encryption Technologies along with current CCNP certifications. Current MCITP is a plus. Must have strong analytical skills, be self motivated, and effective in a fast paced environment.
