TeleTech is a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO)
company that provides a full range of front- to back-office
outsourced solutions. We currently have a need for an IT
infrastructure manager with strong technical experience. Our GCC
(Global Command Center) has a team of four full-time managers. This
position oversees our internal help desk operations.
This is a full-time, permanent salaried position at our global
corporate headquarters in Meridian, CO.
Requirements:
• Solid IT Management background (desktop support, systems
administration, networking and telephony)
• Experience working with a proven background meeting SLAs
• Understanding of current NOC technologies (Monitoring solutions)
• Exposure to call center technologies is a plus

Teletech, a global business process outsourcer (BPO) is currently
looking for a Security Engineer with background administrating
firewalls and addressing enterprise level networking security issues.
A well qualified candidate will have the following:
- Experience with Checkpoint Firewalls
- Exposure to Bluecoat equipment (proxy servers)
- Networking security (IDS, Packet sniffers)
Pluses:
- VoIP experience (Conference call applications like Meetingplace)
- Recent experience with Citrix or VMWare
- Unix exposure
