JOB TITLE: Web Application Designer/Developer - Exclusive Resorts

DEPARTMENT: Information Technology

STATUS: Full-Time

REPORTS TO: Director, Product Development



MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Exclusive Resorts is seeking a mid-level candidate with Web development
experience to join our strong development team. Candidates should be
well versed in Web design as well as front and back-end programming
utilizing ASP.NET, Flash, ActionScript and other Web technologies.
This
position will be primarily technical in nature but also requires strong
interpersonal skills to help troubleshoot application issues with our
user groups. You will need to be comfortable with rapidly changing and
evolving business models and highly productive cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include:

Primary point person for managing development and assisting in design
for our public Web site.

Provide assistance to team developing front and back-end code for our
.NET application suite (in C#).

Maintain and troubleshoot Web applications written in Microsoft
technologies.

Document and validate system and user interface requirements, data
requirements and reports.

Ensure that software meets project objectives and customer
expectations.

Identify ways to better deploy existing technology or to modify
processes to more effectively leverage the technology.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

At least two years experience in Web technology.

BS/MS in Computer Science or similar.

Front-end design experience.

Experience with most or all of the following: JavaScript, Flash,
ActionScript, Flash Remoting, Flex, ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, XML, SQL
Server and Visual Studio Software lifecycle.

Commercial Software Release experience to public users.

Demonstrated project estimation experience.

Ability to work effectively with all members of a technical project
team.

Demonstrated experience in delivering Web-based applications.

Extensive experience with object-oriented design and architectural
practices.

Experience using Microsoft .NET technologies in a Web-centric
environment.

Understanding of data modeling and design, especially using Microsoft
SQL Server 2000.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including high degree
of attention to detail and accurate processes.



DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

Travel/Leisure industry experience.

Experience with salesforce.com.

Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite.

Experience with Enterprise Integration (BizTalk, Vitria, Tibco,
WebMethods).
