This is a "roll up your sleeves and prove yourself" position. The
right individual will be excited about the entrepreneurial feel of
the place and realize that they can go from being a hands-on tester
(once proven) to being part of the QA vision for the company. A
theoretical, process-only person will not fit in. This person has
to have enough experience to know their stuff but must have enough
drive to be a hands-on do-er for awhile.

-startup environment
-young company
-casual attire and atmosphere
-don't burn people out
-flexible hours
-Agile and chaotic
-ability to ramp up quickly and be a self-starter
-will need to pass background check
-Implementation experience is a plus!
