RouteSmith is an emerging leader in route optimization software for
companies who make deliveries and/or service calls within a metro or
regional area. We help small and medium size companies plan efficient
routes, reduce fleet cost (gas, mileage, etc), increase transaction
frequency and improve customer satisfaction.
RouteSmith has been operating since 2004 and we are seeking an
experienced sales leader who can help us capitalize on our existing
products and favorable market conditions. The primary purpose of this
position is to generate new leads, manage the sales process and close
new accounts. Longer term this person could have a major influence on
the development of our direct sales team. This is an inside sales
position that will work in our Denver office. Some travel and outside
sales may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for forecasting, generating new leads and closing
accounts
- Qualify leads and manage accordingly
- Track sales interactions and forecasts in management tools
- Conduct online demos to demonstrate the product
- Assist in the setup and incubation of new accounts

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years experience in commissioned software application sales
- No fear of cold calling and lead generation
- Able to succeed when working alone
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with inside sales environments
