Job Summary

This position is a Software Engineer with substantial hands-on
experience as an Object Oriented designer and Java programmer. The
ideal candidate must have knowledge of application servers
(preferably Tomcat and Jboss) and JSP based web applications. Should
be able to own and drive the development of a component or product to
completion with a high level of quality.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for contributing to one project at a time in the
following tasks:
(1) Designing and developing J2EE B2B application solutions,
(2) Analyzing business requirements and formulating supporting
design, design documentation,
(3) Supporting and contributing to a J2EE application framework
(4) Augment implementations with supporting unit tests as well as
system test specifications and implementations.
(5) Generate automated deployment of developed solutions.
(6) Developing implementation and troubleshooting guides.


Minimum Qualifications

• BS in computer science or equivalent
• 3 or more years of software development experience
• 2 or more years Java/J2EE development experience
• Web GUI development experience

Demonstrated ability in:

- Web application design and development
- Java EJB, Servlet / JSP, MVC development
- Object Oriented design and implementation
- Understanding and support of a full product life-cycle
- Use of structured design methodologies

Strong:

Job Summary

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for the overall
quality of service delivered to GHX Suppliers on a ongoing basis. The
SDM will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day implementation
and operations aspects of the client relationship, achievement of
service levels, as well as execution on key projects with specific
focus on client utilization of exchange services. Responsibilities
will include developing operational strategy and plans, working with
the account management, client, and sales to manage priorities and
expectation. The SDM will work cross-functionally in a matrix role to
directing teams and achieve service levels, projects, providing
overall capacity and technology refresh planning, and addressing
services and support issues as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Single Point of Contact for all Supplier Account Manager to
support escalations and questions into the Customer Service
Organization.
• Ensuring on time execution of Trading Partner goals and other
supplier based utilization metrics as determined by the Supplier
Account Management customer plans. This includes effective
communication/interaction with the Customer Service team and Supplier
Account Managers. This includes regularly scheduled meetings to
review progress and the communication of customer needs to other GHX
departments as necessary to hit the customer goals.
• Project managing medium to large size projects (10-20
professionals) utilizing direct and indirect management techniques.
• Completing necessary documentation for the boarding and
content process.
• Ensuring that the level of service provided by the GHX meets
or exceeds standards, in accordance with the established expectations
with the suppliers. Effectively communicating and escalating
shortcomings to management and work with counterparts to develop
customer improvement plans to correct issues and ensure long-term
customer satisfaction.
• Work with Director- Customer Service to lead/champion an
internal project to improve and support GHX corporate metrics.
Examples are: Internal and external operational improvements, support
new product launch with Auto Fax and initiative to support buyer
adoption and retention (PO Channel Report).
• Reporting to senior management on status of all integration,
content and standards activities
• Managing the integration points of architecture, development,
application support and infrastructure support for a smooth system
transition into production
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
• Minimum of 3-5 years exchange services or account management
experience required (account management experience in healthcare
preferred but not required)
• Proven experience in leading the development and
implementation of medium-large systems into production with both
direct and indirect authority.
• Solid knowledge of application, data, and physical technical
architectures
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Strong oral and written communications skills (PowerPoint,
Word, etc.)
• Exceptional people skills that allow the ability to work with
cross-functional teams and personnel at varying levels of GHX and
customer organizations
• Ability to work without direct supervision

Job Summary
The essential responsibilities of the Sr. SQL Server Database
Administrator are threefold: providing assistance in the development
and performance tuning of GHX applications; monitoring, maintaining
and deploying production databases; and troubleshooting system issues
in production. This cross-functional role requires working with
several other GHX staff, including developers, system administrators,
QA engineers, customer service representatives, and product managers.
The goal of this position is to ensure GHX applications utilizing SQL
Server run smoothly and perform as required, and guarantee as much as
possible 99.9% uptime. A senior-level position is also expected to
provide guidance and assistance to junior database administrators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Design, develop and implement core SQL Server administration
activities, including: backups, performance monitoring, patching,
upgrading, etc.
• Support SDLC release process by reviewing, approving, and
deploying production system releases during normal system maintenance
windows
• Troubleshoot SQL Server system level issues such as crashes
due to devices failures, corruption, lock handling, recovery, etc.
and make recommendations back to product management for repairing
these issues
• Assist development teams in the logical and physical database
design, including table and index design, query analysis, and
physical file layout (file groups, fill factors, etc).

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills required
• 6 years active experience in SQL Server Administration
• MCDBA Certification preferred
• Demonstrated ability to administer and support SQL Server
installations

Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to ensure that customer's transactions are
processed within our service level agreements, by providing technical
support and problem solving capabilities to failed transactions on a
24/7/365 basis. The position ensures production transactions are
supported and properly in flow. The position must exercise

The three primary areas of responsibility are:

• Supplier Communication: Provides communication to suppliers
