We are currently seeking a Linux System Administrator to perform the
following:
Define, build and maintain the production infrastructure for Customer
Support and Call Center. Support and enhancement of the VOIP
infrastructure to accommodate Call Center, Customer Support, IVR and
reverse IVR capabilities. Assist with server management, virtual
machine management, application support services, monitoring, automated
fault management, and all provisioning automation.
Key Qualifications: 4+ years of System Administration in a Linux or
Unix environment in an organization that is highly dependent on the
technology infrastructure for the success of the business.
Technical Skills: Linux System Administration, Networking, Linux
Virtual
Server, Xen Hypervisor, JBoss, Tomcat, JSP, VOIP/SIP, Open Source
Database
Degree in CS or Engineering desirable. Equivalent experience is
acceptable.
Preferred Skills: Direct experience with open source voice system
implementation and support

Position Description:
We are actively seeking a Senior Software Engineer with extensive GUI
development experience. The work will encompass the entire software
development life cycle, including, but not limited to, requirements,
architecture, design, coding, unit testing, documentation, system
testing, installation, and data center/customer support and will
perform
other duties as required. This person needs to be consistent and
thorough, and will "go the extra mile." Must be self directed, highly
motivated, and have the ability to perform job duties without direct
supervision, and work with other team members across multiple projects
to meet aggressive schedules.

This person must work well with others in a fast moving,

environment, sometimes requiring irregular hours. This position is
located in Centennial, Colorado, with some travel to client locations.
Recondo employs the Agile development methodology, with 10 day
iteration
cycles.
Position Responsibilities:
* Take direction to implement the creative vision and
overall look and feel for projects based on design objectives, product
requirements, functional specs, and an iterative feedback process.
* Develop quality production level application code based
within our agile development model and ensure that the deliverables
align with the product roadmap and vision.
* Ensure consistent quality in all software that is
released.
* Research, design and write new software programs.
* Integrate existing software applications.
* Assist the User Experience Designer with UI production.
* Use insight and creativity to suggest and/or implement
new
interfaces and usability improvements that increase the value of the
product.
* Be responsible for taking leadership positions on
technical initiatives and ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
* Research new technologies.
* Mentor and help junior developers.
* Work closely with other staff.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years JAVA software development experience.
* Expert knowledge of Java UI programming frameworks
(Struts, JSP, J2EE). Knowledge of Groovy and Grails preferred.
* Demonstrated knowledge of DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax.
* Strong background in developing cross-browser web
applications (IE, Firefox, Safari).
* A strong technologist who is up-to-date on the latest web
UI technologies with a passion for developing user-delighting
experiences.
* Experience designing, developing and operating highly
efficient, dynamic, data driven, scalable browser based user interfaces
and web applications.
* In-depth understanding of synchronous and asynchronous
communication between client and server.
* Ability to take a comp and produce a working web UI
meticulously capturing every visual detail.
* Desire and ability to learn about the health care
industry.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid troubleshooting and analysis skills with attention
to detail and quality.
* Strong knowledge and keen interest in emerging tools and
technologies in the industry.
* Ability to write unit tests.
Preferred Skills:
Java, JSP, Struts, Groovy, Grails, ASP, Subversion, JUnit, XML
technology (XSL, XML Beans), Cruise Control, ANT, Rules Development,
Agile methodology
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science
