Operations Engineer
A Cutting Edge service provider in the Denver, Co Area holds an opportunity for a bright and experienced Operations Engineer! As an Operations Engineer for a world class, pre-IPO Company, you will provide 24x7 escalation support, identify & document improved troubleshooting and resolution procedures for Tier 1/2 technicians & provide training to NOC Engineers, Customer Care agents, & Field Operations Technicians.
The Operations Engineer is an integral member of the Operations team & will have the opportunity to resolve network & service issues escalated from Tier 1/Tier 2, support 4G network deployments, and test & approve sites, as well as, network elements. You will also be the “go to” engineer for issue resolution with vendors when escalation to their support teams is required.
The requirements of this opportunity will include a broad familiarity of network & access infrastructure elements, Operational Support Systems (OSS), client premise equipment, & radio equipment.
