GHX - Content Data Analyst, Scrum Master

Will support various day-to-day data management tasks for client data
cleansing engagements, requiring a blend of technical aptitude, data
management, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and
external customers in a fast-paced team environment.



Principle duties and responsibilities:

* Performs data conversion, manipulation, and analysis on large
data sets received from customers, utilizing MS Access, MS Excel, and
other tools, as needed.

* Works in conjunction with other team members to ensure files
are accurately loaded and project schedule deadlines are met.

* Performs ad hoc queries on multiple large data sets to identify
data issues.

* Contributes to the development of processes and procedures that
support advanced Content Services projects.

* Acts as part of User Acceptance Testing team to verify
proprietary tools.

* Other duties as requested.

Required Skills:

* High degree of proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access.

* SQL and experience with relational databases.

* Strong customer service and communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information
Systems or a healthcare-related discipline.

* 3 - 5 years experience in data management or data analysis.

Contract-to-Hire (W2) - Scrum Master - Louisville,

Responsible for leading one or more Scrum teams. As a leader of Scrum
teams, this role brings a disciplined application of the Agile
methodology as adopted by GHX. The Scrum Master is responsible for
removing any impediments to help the delivery teams meet their sprint
commitments. This position will help drive best practice use of the
Agile methodology as a core to the development lifecycle. Candidates
must be able to thrive in a fast paced work environment and be a change
agent.



Principle duties and responsibilities:

* Effective servant based leadership of Agile Scrum teams and
processes

* Mentor team members on Agile methods and best practices

* Work with scrum teams to ensure that the principles of the Scrum
methodology are protected

* Conduct Agile planning meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews, and
retrospectives

* Responsible for reporting of velocity, risks, road blocks,
sprint burn-down and release project

* Work with Agile Scrum teams to help resolve issues and conflicts

* Promote continuous improvement and help teams to increase
productivity and to foster innovation

* Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

* Skilled in leading meetings, setting agendas, driving decisions,
and negotiating win/win solutions

* Experience in leading technical teams-coaching, training and
guiding Agile teams

* Proven track record of building motivated, collaborative, and
productive development teams

* Strong facilitation skills

* Exceptional interpersonal skills

* Excellent listening and communication skills

* Experience in project management and/or development experience
in a software development environment

* Strong leadership and relationship building skills with a
demonstrated ability to work independently

* A willingness to provide instruction, mentoring, and coaching at
all levels

* Experience in Microsoft Office 2007 Suite including Excel, Work,
Project, Outlook.

* Experience with Rally Software

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a minimum of 6-8 years
of relevant work experience

* Certified ScrumMaster

* 1-2 years of Agile Scrum Master experience, working in an Agile
software development environment
