What You Offer:


Seeking Junior Level Microsoft SQL Server and C++ engineer to help with supporting Production applications and databases. Position involves monitoring Production systems, troubleshooting SQL stored procedures, C++ and JavaScript. Must have the ability to troubleshoot complex problems, manage multiple priorities simultaneously and have excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills. Candidate must be a team player who is highly self-motivated and quick to learn. Opportunity to be involved in a fun, fast paced environment, grow your Transact-SQL skills and advance. Bachelor's degree preferred.

What you Offer:



We are looking for a committed and technically savvy person to join our Internal Support team. This position provides desktop support for 340+ users, primarily PC but some MAC. Exchange 2007 Administration experience a strong plus.



Requirements and Responsibilities

* 2 to 4 Years of direct Windows Desktop Support and Windows Network Administration experience.

* Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange 2007, Exchange 2003

* Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.

* Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.

* Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.

* Highly self motivated and directed. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

* Ability to lift 50 lbs.

* Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and

troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

* Administer all equipment, hardware and software upgrades.

* Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Backup other staff members as part of cross training.

* Work with end users to identify and deliver required PC service levels. Provide training and support to end users and staff on computer operation and other issues.

* Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as needed. Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and e-mail in a courteous manner.
