Lead Development Representative, Enterprise

We currently have a career opportunity for a Lead Development
Representative (LDR) to partner with our Enterprise Sales and Marketing
organizations.

The LDR is responsible for all new business acquisition lead generation
activity, pipeline management, ultimately driving prospects to
opportunities. In this role, you will work with marketing and be
responsible for the generation of targeted opportunities within specific
geographies, market segments and/or campaigns. Each LDR is expected to
make between 70 and 90 calls per day, talking to IT decision makers
about security. Candidates should be enthusiastic and highly
self-motivated and able to benefit from a team-oriented sales pool
environment which is driven and goaled by overarching business drivers,
marketing metric and revenue targets.



Cold calling and high tech experience is desirable. B2B IT security
sales experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should also
exhibit excellent managerial and communication skills; a think-on-your
feet mentality and an elevated understanding of sales and marketing
processes. This position is a springboard for candidates wishing to
build a career in sales or marketing.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Heavy outbound cold/warm calling to properly pre-qualify sales
leads

* Contact prospects to gain clear understanding of buying needs
and timeframe

* Schedule follow-up conference calls between prospects and
Webroot Sales team as appropriate

* Follow up marketing campaigns and provide detailed feedback on
the success of each campaign

* Keep CRM database up-to-date and manage information in the
database on all prospects and opportunities



Requirements:

* 1 to 2 years of related experience in B2B telephone outbound
selling, preferably in the IT, software and/or security market.

* College degree required.

* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage time and
resources effectively.

* Superb communications skills to demonstrate various products
and services, focusing on highlighting business benefits and advantages
as well as product or service features.

* Experience with CRM - Net Suite, SalesForce.com, Goldmine,
Siebel and/or other sales automation tools.

* Self-directed and an enthusiastic team player.

* Detail and results-oriented

* Work well under pressure

* Quick learner able to absorb information on the following:

o Webroot solutions portfolio

o Knowledge of sales automation & pipeline management tools

o Selling techniques & methodologies

o Industry data & Competitive analysis

o Product features & benefits

Sr Windows Systems Administrator



Webroot is currently seeking a Systems Administrator for our Data Center
Operations Team. As the Systems Administrator, you will be responsible
for server infrastructure at Webroot's Boulder, Colorado facilities.



RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage & monitor the data center's hardware and software
infrastructures.

* Perform design, development and implementation work related
to the maintenance and expansion of the data center's hardware and
software infrastructures.

* Coordinate with and support Development and other
stake-holders as appropriate.

* Perform on-call duties on a rotating basis.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required Administration Skills:

* 4+ years of hands-on experience in a Systems Administration
role

* Advanced Experience with the following

o Microsoft Windows Server 2003

o VMWare ESX/vSphere

o VMWare vCenter applications

o Microsoft Active Directory

o Storage Area Networks (SANs)

o DNS & BIND

o Server Hardware



Desired Administrative Skills:

* MS SQL Server 2000/2005 & MySQL Databases

* Experience with enterprise security software

* Working knowledge of Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP environments



Education & Certifications:

* 4 Year Undergraduate Degree
* Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE) Desired
