Project Manager
Duration: 6 month contract (potential to turn into a perm. position)
A permanent salary of 80k is the maximum and a similar hourly rate for the 6 month contract portion.
ProtoTest is looking for a Project Manager to help manage 2-3 projects concurrently and manage 3rd party vendors who are writing software to integrate our client*s systems. Position will be in the DTC area of town. No travel expected. Normal hours expected.
The Project Manager will help to ensure projects fit client*s release process. Important skills of the Project Manager include a high level of written/verbal communication, flexibility, ability to work in a fast paced environment while staying on top of the details.
A strong preference for 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager is desired. Experience with the Agile methodology is highly preferred. System Integration experience is important. A background that includes working across multiple teams including off site teams is desired. Experience writing project plans (can use MS Project or Excel). Prefer Project Manager to have strong functional IT PM skills/experience.
A Bachelors degree is preferred but experience and education will be looked at together when assessing a candidate.
