Consumer Sales Shift Supervisor

**This role requires weekend and/or evening shift work**

The Consumer Sales Shift Supervisor role is designed to enhance and
progress the weekend sales team by assisting the Consumer Sales
Supervisor and Manger with other duties. The Consumer Sales Shift
Supervisor role is focused on developing the weekend team in
streamlining and improving all facets of our weekend sales environment;
from team interaction down to individual goals. Weekend sales are vital
to the success of the Webroot Consumer Sales Team.



DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* The Consumer Sales Shift Supervisor must be a highly motivated
problem solver.
* Excellent customer service skills addressing the needs of both
the external and internal customer; using strong communication and
process skills.
* Training, development, writing and documentation skills which
address the needs of the agents.
* Ability to perform and drive positive results in a high velocity
change environment.
* Microsoft Excel experience to provide detailed reporting.



RESPONSIBILITIES

* Improve Customer Service

* Increase Sales

* Training and development of individual agents

* Call monitoring, providing immediate feedback

* Distinguishing ways to drive more sales calls

* Gather, research, and report on customer facing issues.

* Provide weekly performance reporting.

Consumer Sales and Customer Service Representative



Webroot Software is currently seeking a Consumer Sales Customer Service
Rep for our Boulder office. The successful candidate is one who thrives
in a collaborative, fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess an
entrepreneurial attitude. Impeccable customer service skills are
critical in this role. Additional responsibilities include:


RESPONSIBILITIES


* Meet and exceed daily sales goals in a highly competitive sales
environment.
* Must be able to handle heavy call volume in a timely and
professional manner
* Take responsibility for personal performance, always striving to
exceed sales goals.
* Become highly proficient with Webroot product knowledge to meet
the needs of customers and the sales team
* Provide quality customer service ensuring that all aspects of a
customer's needs are met and that every customer has a positive
experience.
* Resolve basic account service and sales questions.


REQUIREMENTS:


* 2-3 years of sales experience (inside sales preferred) in
fast-paced sales environment
* Excellent telephone and communication skills.
* Ability to perform and drive positive results in a high velocity
change environment.
* Must be a highly motivated professional with excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and exhibit good judgment, problem
solving and decision making skills.
* Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and
PowerPoint)
* Self disciplined and self motivated with a strong work ethic.
* Positive attitude and ability to work with diverse personalities
is required; patience is a must.
* Prior professional sales training preferred
* Software sales experience a plus
