Rally is seeking a motivated QA Engineer with an innate curiosity about
how things work and the drive to improve them. This is a key role on the
engineering team helping to guide development and define acceptance
tests.
The QA Engineer is responsible for creating and implementing test
acceptance criteria, manual testing, recording defects, evaluating test
data, problem discovery and managing defects.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 3-5 years of QA experience is preferred.
* Experience testing rich, browser based user interfaces.
* Excellent problem solving, analytical, and technical
troubleshooting skills.
* Working knowledge of software testing methodology.
* Strong team-orientated, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Desire to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment with high
degree of adaptability.
* Must be highly motivated, self-driven, and have the ability to work
efficiently with minimal supervision.
* Experience with Agile Software Development Methods desired.
* Experience with automated testing a plus.
