ZOLL Data Systems is a successful growing company that writes software
for the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) community. Our software,
which is written in .NET, is used by 911 dispatch centers and
paramedics and EMTs nationwide. Our Custom Solutions Group is now
hiring a Software Development Project Manager.
In this role, you would be responsible for working on multiple
simultaneous small to mid sized projects to develop requirements
documents and to manage the projects through development an
dimplementation. Successful candidate for this role will have a
minimum of 2 years of project management experience in a software
development firm and have an undergraduate degree in Computers,
Engineering, or other analytical discipline.

software for the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) community. Our
software, the RescueNet Suite, is used by 911 dispatch centers and
paramedics and EMTs across the nation. Our support department is now
recruiting a Software Support Supervisor to work hand in hand with our
Support Manager. Please note that this is NOT a direct supervisory
position.
In this position, you would be responsible for the day to day
direction of activities and the management and prioritization of open
support issues. You would also be responsible for handling some
escalation issues and for reporting on the status of open high
priority tickets. The successful candidate for this position would
have a successful career in customer service in a fast paced, complex
environment and a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience. The
ability to remain flexible in a fluid environment and to drive
multiple simultaneous tasks to completion is a must.

centers and paramedics and EMTs nationwide. Our Dispatch & Billing
development team is looking for a junior level individual to join them
as Quality Assurance Engineer. In this position, you will have the
opportunity to learn how to develop and execute formalized test cases
and how to participate in a structured release process.
Requisite experience for this position includes either a 2 or a 4
year degree in Computers or Engineering or 18 months of experience
doing Quality Assurance work in a commercial software company.
