ZOLL Data Systems writes software for the Emergency Medical Services
(EMS) industry. Our RescueNet Suite is used by 911 dispatchers and
paramedics and EMTs across the nation. Our software support group
consists of approximately 20 talented individuals who provide high
level technical support to our end users.
Required background for this position includes 3+ years of expeience
in customer service, a strong background in computers, and excellent
customer service skills. Formalized education or professional
background involving computers and computer technology also required.
