We are seeking a Senior DBA to take the lead as internal consultant to application developers and to provide expertise on performance optimization, database cloning, high-availability and physical database design. Because this is a lead position, we ask for candidates to have:

7+ years professional IT experience.
5+ years Oracle DBA experience in a production environment.
2+ years experience with UNIX scheduling and scripting (i.e., Perl or Korn Shell, CRON, etc.) required.
2+ years working with large databases (greater than one terabyte).
2+ years 10g RAC ASM experience preferred.
Experience with large three-tier Java enterprise applications.
Database development skills (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, and Triggers) for the purpose of providing development support and application tuning strongly preferred. This role will be also be responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade and patch application for Oracle 9i and 10g Databases in a large, Solaris environment.

We are looking for an Oracle Database Infrastructure Architect, Senior

Responsible for designing and implementing, in a small team environment, systems to manage Oracle Database Infrastructure including inventory, automated backups, storage management, security management, SOX reporting, and provisioning. System will integrate with existing fault management, security audit/controls, cmdb, and backup/recovery systems.

Responsibilities will also include defining and maintaining run-book automation, standards, and documentation for database installation and management for standalone Oracle instances as well as Oracle RAC instances.
